Responsibilities
- Review and maintain access processes/procedures.
- Process VARs, VALs, CACs, Badges, Network Access, and 6-month CAC Reverifications.
- Provide special briefings (CNWDI, NATO, COMEC, etc.).
- Review incoming DD254s requirements to ensure compliance.
- Aid in managing personnel security clearances.
- Aid in the management of Field Print account and submission of fingerprints for new employees and for clearance upgrades.
- Maintain DISS, NBIS, and SWFT accounts.
- Help maintain security records for employees and consultants.
- Create building badges for new employees.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree
- Minimum of 1 year of direct Industrial Security experience
- Ability to work with a diverse team and key leaders to ensure compliance with security directives
- Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
- An in-scope security clearance
Desired
- SPēD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
- OPSEC Level II Certification
- Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Course
