INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST

Information TechnologyFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, duties, conditions of employment, qualifications, education, additional information, benefits mention. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's parse content: Summary: "DCSA's Industrial Security Component is seeking a Industrial Security Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for handling Industrial Security Program (ISP) functions within the Field Office's Area of Responsibility (AOR), and to assist the Field Office Chief as necessary in day-to-day operations." That's about the role. Duties: list of duties under "As an INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties:" then bullet points: - Utilizes advanced technical and critical thinking to identify, document, compose reports and communicate security program vulnerabilities and associated mitigation actions to internal/external stakeholders up to the senior executive level. - Demonstrates advanced competency of analysis methods, professional writing skills to complete comprehensive reports, and oral presentations with the ability to succinctly express ideas and concepts to internal/external stakeholders. - Conducts recurring Security Reviews (SRs) of the cleared facilities with varying degrees of NISP complexity Also earlier: "This position may be filled at either GG-11 or GG-12 grade level, please indicate the grade for which you want to be considered. Incumbent may be advanced non-competitively to the established target grade upon meeting developmental benchmarks, performance requirements, and other requirements, as applicable established for the career program or specifically for the incumbent." That's more about grade. Conditions of employment: list: Must be a US citizen, Selective Service Requirement, Resume deadline, Drug Testing designated position, Position is a (DCIPS) position in the Excepted Service under U.S.C. 1601, Work Schedule: Full Time, Overtime: Occasionally, Tour of Duty: Flexible, PCS: Not Authorized, FLSA: Non-Exempt, Financial Disclosure: Not Required, Telework Eligibility: Supervisors may approve situational telework..., If selected, the incumbent must obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance..., A valid driver’s license is required., The incumbent is required to attain the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) within 24 months of entry on duty and maintain certification within program rules., Incumbent may be subject to a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph examination upon request by competent authority. Qualifications: includes description of evaluation, OPM standards, specialized experience for GG-11 and GG-12, education substitution details, competencies list: Classification Management, Information Security, Writing, Decision Making, Risk Management. Education: details about substitution. Additional information: veterans preference, re-employed annuitant, trial period, etc. Also benefits mention: "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package. As a federal employee, you and your family will have access to a range of benefits that are designed to make your federal career very rewarding. Opens in a new windowLearn more about federal benefits. Review our benefits Eligibility for b" (cut off). So we have a benefits statement. Pay: Not specified. No pay info. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: we have Work Schedule: Full Time, Overtime: Occasionally, Tour of Duty: Flexible. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have a paragraph about benefits. So include Benefits section. Skills: maybe we can include competencies as skills? The posting lists competencies: Classification Management, Information Security, Writing, Decision Making, Risk Management. Those could be considered Skills. We'll include Skills section. Requirements: maybe include Conditions of employment and Qualifications? But we have separate sections: Requirements (maybe for mandatory conditions) and Qualifications (experience/education). We'll split. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include headings with empty content. Let's craft HTML:
