Industrial Security Analyst - Orlando, FL

About the role

The Industrial Security Analyst supports the Combat Air Forces Distributed Mission Operations (CAF DMO) contract in Orlando, Florida office. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting all physical, personnel, industrial, and program security functions.
• Administering the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and related security requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with DoD, Air Force, NISPOM, and company security policies and procedures.
• Maintaining day-to-day physical security operations, including access control systems, alarm systems, security containers, and key management.
• Conducting random and no-notice entry and exit inspections.
• Maintaining facility security records and ensuring compliance with document control and classified holdings requirements.
• Developing and maintaining security documentation, including SOPs, EAPs, inspection readiness plans, OPSEC plans, physical security procedures, security education and training materials.
• Providing security awareness training and guidance on security classification guides, DD Form 254 requirements, classified handling procedures, and personnel security requirements.
• Supporting inspections, assessments, and audits conducted by government agencies and corporate security organizations.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of industrial security experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma with 8+ years of industrial security experience.
• Experience supporting classified contracts within a DoD or federal government environment.
• Knowledge of physical security, personnel security, classified material control, and industrial security requirements.
• Experience working within the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
• Ability to work on-site at the Orlando, Florida facility.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as required.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Security Professional Education Development (SPēD) Certification.
• Experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments.
• Experience supporting facility security operations, inspections, and accreditation activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders and program requirements.

Pay

The range for this position is provided at the top of the posting. Base salary will be determined by a variety of factors, including scope of the role, relevant experience, job-related knowledge, education and training, key skills, and geographic market considerations. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets.
