Salary
Your role Salary : $60,000 - $72,000 base salary with monthly commission and annual bonus structure. Salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
Mission
Manage, call on, and sell industrial equipment to customers in assigned territory.
Product Sales
- Possess the ability to develop action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, particularly key accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries, introduce new products and upgrades, study customer needs, and coordinate customer service.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, pricing, and credit terms.
- Oversee customer services through quality checks and follow-up.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve customer concerns.
- Enhance division and company reputation and brand image by implementing the company's core values of commitment, interaction, and innovation.
- Present sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs at various events.
- Participate in continuous education and development to stay updated on products and sales/marketing strategies.
Additional Duties
- Prepare and submit reports related to activity, lost orders, closings, follow-up, and performance against budget.
- Conduct market research and gather information for presentations and proposals.
- Train and develop team members as needed.
Skills and Experience
- A four-year degree in engineering, business, or marketing preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Five (5) years of direct sales experience or customer service experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Self-motivation and strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven business analysis skills.

Job Location
This role is fully remote but requires the candidate to be based in Madison, WI.
