Sales - Boiler Industry TEEMA Full-time Direct Sales – Virginia Territory

About the role

We are seeking a Direct Sales Engineer to manage and grow a Virginia-based territory for a global leader in industrial energy and boiler solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Build long-term customer partnerships
  • Provide consultative sales support throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Work directly with industrial and commercial customers
  • Identify operational challenges and develop tailored solutions
  • Prepare proposals and successfully close sales opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical, engineered, or industrial sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing new business
  • Self-motivated “hunter” mentality with strong territory management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
  • Industrial machinery, steam systems, controls, or thermodynamics knowledge (preferred)

Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000–$95,000 plus uncapped commission
  • First-year on-target earnings of approximately $124,000–$143,000
