About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to the testing and debugging of software applications
• Document software development processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies relevant to software development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum environment

Qualifications

• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Understanding of database management systems and SQL
• Experience with front-end web development frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools

Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest or Selenium
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
