About the role

The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards
Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 5 years of professional software development experience
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript
Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
