Schedule:Schedule
Work shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Flexible schedule may be required as needed.
But we need to ensure we don't include placeholder like "flexible schedule may be required as needed" if not explicitly stated. The posting says: "Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule if needed in a cold, wet, humid environment..." That's under physical requirements. So we can include that as part of Schedule? Actually schedule section is for shift info. The flexible schedule mention is under physical requirements, but we could incorporate into Schedule or maybe a separate section? There's no heading for physical requirements; we could include physical requirements under Responsibilities or a separate section? Not required headings list includes only those specific headings. We could incorporate physical requirements into Responsibilities or maybe a separate section like "Physical Requirements" but not allowed headings. So we need to fold that info into existing sections, maybe Responsibilities or About the role. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings only. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create a Physical Requirements heading. We'll incorporate physical requirements into Responsibilities or About the role.
We have physical requirements list: Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule if needed in a cold, wet, humid environment with temperatures ranging from 35 to 50 degrees. Must be willing and able to stand, sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel 67-100% of the time. etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include that somewhere.
We could add a paragraph under Responsibilities or About the role detailing physical requirements.
Let's add a
under Responsibilities after the list maybe. But we must not duplicate. We'll add a paragraph after the list. Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like EEO, privacy, unsolicited assistance, background check note? The background check note: "Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. If you are offered a position that requires a background check you will be provided additional documentation to complete once an offer has been extended." This is substantive? It's about hiring process; maybe we should keep? The instruction says remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Background check note is not exactly application instruction but could be considered part of hiring process. It's not explicitly prohibited. However, they said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Background check note is not exactly those, but could be considered part of hiring process. I'd keep it maybe under About the role or a separate note? But there is no heading for that. Could fold into About the role as a note. But we also have "Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment." That's application instruction, remove. Also "Relocation Assistance Eligible: No" is substantive; we could include under Benefits or About the role. Since Benefits heading exists, we could add relocation assistance note there? But it's not a benefit; it's a note about relocation. Could add under About the role. We also have "Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America)" we used in Schedule. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:
