About the role
We're looking for someone who lights up on the plant floor: writing, building, and troubleshooting the PLC and HMI programs that keep our equipment running smarter. If you get a thrill watching a line you programmed run flawlessly, let's talk.
Responsibilities
- Write, modify, and build PLC/HMI programs from the ground up
- Troubleshoot control-system issues and reduce downtime
- Partner with equipment vendors to bring new systems online
- Serve as our on-site IT point person, coordinating with our IT partner to keep the team connected
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation
- A solid grasp of electrical systems, motor controls, and networking
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving plant environment
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus
