About the role
Responsible for operating industrial presses in both first and second shift positions.
Responsibilities
- Operate various industrial presses to produce products according to specifications.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned to maintain quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.
Skills
- Proficient in using industrial press machines.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Pay
- $15.00 per hour for first shift.
- $16.00 per hour for second shift.
Schedule
- First shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
- Second shift: Friday through Tuesday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM.
