Industrial Operations Manager

Essential Functions

• Expert SAP support to provide training and guidance to CFB and assist in driving improvements to the SAP data integrity.
• Support to:
• Train specific team members including small group sessions as well as potential classroom style training sessions.
• Use SAP as true system of records (for planning & reporting).
• Eliminate inventory losses.
• Eliminate wall to wall stock.
• Improve accurate costs for scrap & CO-OP.
• Cell level plan execution accountability.
• Maintains current knowledge of and complies with customer/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/Joint Aviation Administration (JAA) technical data as applicable to the work assigned.
• Provide technical support and maintain a strong working relationship with the QRC and Quality Clinic team.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ Years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering & MRB Process flow in the aviation industry.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Expert knowledge in SAP.
• Experience with Access and/or Excel databases.
• High attention to detail and well organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, planning, problem solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations regulatory requirements or work experience with government regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards including AS9100, AS9102, & ISO.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management, external customers, and government agencies.
