Industrial Mechanic I - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of our machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring, and facilities.

Job Requirements

• Work safely and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
• Show strong commitment to good attendance and punctuality.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance as directed.
• Examine, adjust, repair, and maintain machines/equipment.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers.
• Perform any other duties as instructed by the department manager.

Skill Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience repairing and/or maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical industrial equipment or related machinery.
• Ability to conceptualize, fabricate, and develop necessary equipment and intricate systems.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment in the work area at all times.
• Comply with drug-free workplace policies.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension).
• Able to work overtime as needed to meet operational deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and mathematics proficiency.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this role is $21.00, with the potential to earn up to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The actual compensation may vary based on various factors.
