Industrial Mechanic
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About USG (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About USG" is company overview, not role. Might be better as "About the role"? But we have no explicit "About the role" section. However we could treat the initial paragraph as "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. But we should only emit heading if there is real specific content for it. We have content about the role in "Role & Responsibilities". So we can have heading "Responsibilities". Also we have "Qualifications & Requirements". So heading "Qualifications". Also we have "Benefits Available" list. So heading "Benefits". Also we have "Salary Range" => Pay. Also we have "Schedule". Also we have maybe "About USG" could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Could we make a section "About the role" with the initial description? The initial description is about USG company, not role. Might be okay to put as "About the role" but it's not about role. However instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It's examples, not mandatory to use exactly those. But we should follow that pattern. Probably we should include "About the role" heading with the company overview? Might be considered filler? The posting does have a description of USG, which is relevant to the role context. I'd include a section "About the role" with that paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, etc. Also remove "Job Title: Industrial Mechanic" (do not repeat job title as heading). We can include that info maybe in a short
but not as heading. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Job title is not a heading; we can include it in a paragraph maybe. But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can include it in a
if we want, but maybe better to drop it as minor metadata. We'll drop it. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company overview, responsibilities list, qualifications list, benefits list, pay range, schedule details. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep details. We must use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific pay range: $29.63/hour with potential to earn up to $39.75/hour. That's specific, so we can include Pay section. Schedule: "Day shift 8 hour or 10 hour work schedules and when needed 12-hour rotating shifts, 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, all schedules can include overnights and weekends as needed." That's specific. Benefits list: many items. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The posting repeats some content later (like "Headquartered in Chicago..." again). We'll deduplicate. We'll produce HTML fragment:

We should also maybe include "About USG" as separate? Already used About the role. Check for any duplicated content: we included the company overview only once. We omitted the later repeated "Headquartered in Chicago..." etc. We omitted EEO, legal, etc. We omitted "Additional Information Schedule:" we used schedule. We omitted "Department: Maintenance" maybe minor metadata; could include as a short p but not required. Might drop. We omitted "CORE VALUES" etc. That's boilerplate? It's substantive but maybe considered company values; could be included as a section? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include as "Company Values" but not in the list of headings examples. Might be considered filler? It's substantive but not required. Safer to omit to keep sections few. We omitted "Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate." That's minor metadata; could fold into Pay section as a sentence. Let's add to Pay paragraph. Also "USG employees enjoy a number of benefit options for themselves and their families..." That's more detail about benefits; we could incorporate into Benefits section as a paragraph before list. But we already have list; we could add a short p describing that. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that info. Let's add abefore the list: "USG employees enjoy a number of benefit options for themselves and their families. These include two medical insurance options, as well as vision and dental coverage. The cost of these optional programs varies based on coverage level - employees generally pay 2
