You'll be instrumental in driving our success by understanding the market, growing key client relationships, and empowering your team to deliver exceptional service and results every day.

Responsibilities

  • Driving Growth & Building Relationships: Understand the market and build strong connections with clients to grow our business and increase our market share.
  • Leading for Success: Empower your team by setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Ensuring Top-Notch Delivery: Work to ensure our talent and client satisfaction scores are excellent, focusing on quality experiences for everyone.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Analyze data, set sales targets, and work with the delivery team to create and implement effective talent strategies.
  • Championing Improvement & Innovation: Encourage the adoption of new tools and ways of working to boost efficiency and help your team achieve even greater results.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of staffing industry sales leadership is strongly preferred. If you are outside of our industry, you must have experience leading a sales team who sells solutions to a similar client base within manufacturing and logistics.
  • You have achieved sustainable business growth, gained market share, and maximized productivity with a business span of at least $1M.
  • History of outperformance leading a sales team through change.
  • Proven performance leading through both accountability and people enablement.
