Responsibilities
- Support Day and Night Shift Production Operations: Ensure real-time engineering support is available across all shifts to maintain production efficiency and operational stability.
- Analyze Production Efficiency and Manpower Allocation: Evaluate cycle time, manpower utilization, and line balancing to continuously improve capacity and resource efficiency.
- Troubleshoot Production Issues and Line Abnormalities: Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and mitigate quality risks.
- Drive Process Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement continuous improvement and enhance overall operational performance.
- Maintain Process Documentation: Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and traceability.
- Support MES System Stability and Issue Resolution: Monitor and resolve Manufacturing Execution System (MES) issues to ensure stable system performance and production support.
- Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, or production environment (internship experience is preferred).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic AutoCAD skills and experience with factory/production line layout planning are preferred.
- Basic understanding of ERP/MES systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to support different shifts and work schedules based on production demands.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Self-motivated with good time management and teamwork skills.
Pay
USD $78,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 per year.
