Structured schedule with first 6 months on 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, then rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) for work-life balance and long stretches of time off
What You’ll Be Doing
- Install, assemble, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and dismantle mechanical systems and machinery
- Apply preventative and predictive maintenance to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Support efficient, high-quality production through cross-team collaboration
- Maintain clean, safe workspaces and document maintenance activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll Bring
- 4-year apprenticeship (Millwright or Pipefitter) with industrial journeyman’s card required
- Dual trade (Millwright & Pipefitter) journeyman’s card preferred
- Certified Millwright or Pipefitter with 5 years of experience
- Willingness to continue education to become a dual-trade journeyman performing both Millwright and Pipefitting duties
