About the role
Maintain and operate machinery and equipment to produce parts and components. Perform precision machining tasks using various tools and machines.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and other precision equipment.
- Set up and adjust machine tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect workpieces for conformance to specifications and make necessary adjustments.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and metalworking techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
- Basic knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD).
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
