Industrial Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance Technician role based at 550 Westfield Dr, Atlanta, GA 30336.

Pay

$21.80 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Day shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment
• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs during production
• Conduct scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service
• Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machines
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
• Detect faulty operations or defective material and report unusual situations to supervision

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical plant experience
• High school diploma or vocational school education
• Knowledge of 480V 3-phase, 270V, 110V, and 24V systems
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in using a multimeter and troubleshooting electrical issues
• Able to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the glass industry
• VFD programming knowledge
• PLC output and input controls troubleshooting
• Knowledge of potentiometers, servos, drives, and encoders
