- Real Alloy is looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Post Falls, ID to help keep our heavy industrial equipment running at full capacity.
- This isn't a desk job, it's hands-on high impact work where what you fix today keeps the whole operation moving tomorrow.
- We need an Industrial Maintenance Technician that can work safely, diagnose problems fast, and who will take pride in a job done right.
- This role will work Monday through Friday from 7am in the morning until 3pm in the afternoon.
Requirements
- The ideal Industrial Maintenance Technician will possess the following skills and abilities:
- Troubleshooting equipment problems
- Equipment installation
- Operate and repair mobile equipment including forklifts, man lifts, and skid steers
- Industrial electrical knowledge and experience with 110/220/480 preferred (not required)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics
- Welding fabrication and weld repair - MIG and STIC
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- 3+ years of work experience in trade profession or industrial maintenance
- Able to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance activities
- Valid electricians license preferred but not required
- PLC experience preferred but not required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of basic computer functions and office software applications
- Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as needed
