Industrial Maintenance Technician

Our facility contains high-tech machinery and skilled hands working together to create beautiful cabinetry for homes across the country. To keep our operations running smoothly, we are looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician who's enthusiastic, capable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair woodworking machinery (CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws, etc.)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, inspections utilizing a CMMS system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting (cabinetry or woodworking a plus!)
• Familiarity with CNC equipment, PLCs, and electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
