Industrial Maintenance Technician
About the role
We're looking for a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician willing to work 2nd shift at our Madison, WI facility with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys working with high-tech manufacturing equipment, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial manufacturing and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machinery
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and implement effective, timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Safely operate and maintain diagnostic tools, test equipment, and specialized manufacturing machinery
- Inspect equipment, complete work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency
- Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing or production equipment
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documentation
- Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, automated equipment, or PLC-controlled machinery preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Able to prioritize tasks and support production needs on 2nd shift

Benefits
Based on experience, the pay range is $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Works 1 weekend per month
- Onsite in Madison, WI

Qualifications
