Industrial Maintenance Technician

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Apply your electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power.
• Travel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
• Electrical experience, including exposure to: 3-phase high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, control wiring and powered equipment, VFD and PLC troubleshooting (preferred).
• Solid skills in at least four of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical capability to perform the job (lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required upon hire).
