Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay

$25–$35/hr.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of automated manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and use voltage meters (with solid understanding of 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single and three-phase motors, and 480V).
• Perform light welding and fabrication of machine parts using Stick or MIG welding.
• Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), specifically Allen Bradley or Siemens products.
• Assist with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a manufacturing maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
• Solid experience with CMMS software systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Hands-on experience with single and three-phase motors, transformers, relays, and industrial control equipment.
• Experience in light welding and machine fabrication (Stick and MIG).
