Job Duties
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical equipment
- Perform maintenance on PLC hardware and software, electrical panels, drives, motors, bearings, shafts, pulleys, and related components
- Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and service manuals to determine work procedures
- Complete preventive maintenance on manufacturing and machining equipment according to OEM specifications
- Maintain facility systems including minor plumbing and commercial HVAC equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail and safety
- Reliability
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience including 480V, 240V, and 24V systems
- Experience with PLCs, industrial machinery, and preventive maintenance programs
- Willingness to respond to off-shift and weekend maintenance needs when required
- Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
