The role of Industrial Maintenance Technician directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. Responsibilities
- Manage consumables, spare parts, tooling, and inventories, including purchasing, receiving, replacements, and all related SAP transactions.
- Oversee work orders, maintenance schedules, documentation, and reporting in SAP.
- Plan, schedule, and perform maintenance activities, including inspections, preventive/predictive work, corrective repairs, and equipment/tooling qualifications.
- Maintain and repair equipment, tooling, and facility infrastructure, including installation, assembly, modification, and commissioning.
- Cookordinate and supervise maintenance tasks performed by third-party vendors and contractors.
- Support maintenance planning, prioritization, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED or equivalent (Required).
- Vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical fields (Preferred).
- Proper and safe utilization for both hand and power tools.
- One year in the maintenance field or an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology (Required).
- Three to five years in the maintenance field (Preferred).
- User-level knowledge of office software, particularly Word and Excel.
- ERP/SAP experience is Preferred.
Qualifications
- The ability to take responsibility, initiate tasks independently, and be proactive.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured work environment.
- The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Working at heights on occasion.
- Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System is a Plus.
Skills

- User-level knowledge of office software, particularly Word and Excel.
- ERP/SAP experience is Preferred.
