About the role

The role of Industrial Maintenance Technician directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. Responsibilities

  • Manage consumables, spare parts, tooling, and inventories, including purchasing, receiving, replacements, and all related SAP transactions.
  • Oversee work orders, maintenance schedules, documentation, and reporting in SAP.
  • Plan, schedule, and perform maintenance activities, including inspections, preventive/predictive work, corrective repairs, and equipment/tooling qualifications.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, tooling, and facility infrastructure, including installation, assembly, modification, and commissioning.
  • Cookordinate and supervise maintenance tasks performed by third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Support maintenance planning, prioritization, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma/GED or equivalent (Required).
  • Vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical fields (Preferred).
  • Proper and safe utilization for both hand and power tools.
  • One year in the maintenance field or an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology (Required).
  • Three to five years in the maintenance field (Preferred).
  • User-level knowledge of office software, particularly Word and Excel.
  • ERP/SAP experience is Preferred.

Qualifications

  • The ability to take responsibility, initiate tasks independently, and be proactive.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured work environment.
  • The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Working at heights on occasion.
  • Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System is a Plus.

Skills
