We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our medical device manufacturing team, specializing in the maintenance and support of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment such as Mori Seiki Mill Turns, Makino 5 axis Mills, Tsugami Mill Turns, and Citizen Swiss. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance of our CNC machinery used in the production of critical medical devices. Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm What You’ll Do: Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous manufacturing operations.Perform routine inspections and tests on CNC machinery components to identify and address potential issues proactively.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal impact on production schedules.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacements.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new CNC equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards. What You’ll Need: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Maintenance Technician in a medical device manufacturing (or equivalent) environment, specializing in CNC equipment.Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems related to CNC machinery.Familiarity with CNC programming and control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.Strong organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
