Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift
for section headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We need to decide which sections to include.
Potential sections:
- About the role (summary)
- Responsibilities (duties)
- Qualifications
- Benefits
- Schedule
- Pay (maybe include sign-on bonus)
But we need to avoid thin sections. If we have both Pay and Benefits, maybe combine? But rules: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have specific content for Pay: $1,500 sign-on retention bonus. That's specific. Benefits: paid holidays, PTO, 401k match, medical/dental/vision. That's specific. Schedule: specific hours. So we can have three sections: Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Or combine Pay and Benefits into Compensation & Benefits? But rule says use headings exactly as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must use those exact headings if we include them. We can choose which to include.
We have content for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also About the role (summary). Responsibilities (duties). Qualifications. Possibly Skills? Not separate; qualifications cover skills. Could omit Skills.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real content.
Thus output:

Physical & Mental Demands
maybe not a standard heading; but we could include as part of Qualifications? The instructions only list specific headings; but we could add if we have content. However they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That suggests we should stick to those headings; but we could also include other headings if needed? The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples, not exclusive list. But later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we could include Physical & Mental Demands if we have content. However they didn't list that as example but it's okay. But to be safe, maybe we incorporate those demands into Qualifications or Responsibilities? But they are substantive. Could create a section "Physical & Mental Demands". The instruction didn't forbid other headings. It just gave examples. I'd include it.
But we must not repeat job title as heading. No issue.
We also need to include Pay: $1,500 sign-on retention bonus.
Benefits: paid holidays, paid time off, 401k match, Medical, Dental, Vision Plans.
Schedule: 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday, weekends & holidays if needed.
We should not include "Requirements" if we have Qualifications; but we could include Requirements as separate if we have content. But we already have Qualifications covering requirements. Might be redundant. Better to omit Requirements.
Skills: we could omit.
Thus final HTML includes sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Physical & Mental Demands, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed EEO, legal, duplicated lines, etc.
We must preserve all substantive info: we kept sign-on bonus, benefits, hours, duties, qualifications, physical demands, ITAR citizenship, etc.
Check we didn't miss any duty: we captured all bullet points from Essential Job Functions. Let's verify original list:
- Implement the facility’s preventative maintenance program.

We also might need to include "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." That's substantive. Should we include? It's a statement about accommodations. Could be part of Qualifications or a separate note. Let's add a bullet under Qualifications: "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions."

Schedule: "The hours for this position are 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday, weekends & holidays
