Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot using working knowledge of programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and phneumatics.
• Performs plumbing and pipefitting duties as required on plant piping, such as steam, water, air, gas, and chemical lines.
• Operates and repairs electrically and mechanically, all boilers, compressors, sprinklers, cooling towers and pumps as needed.
• Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Reads and interprets blue prints and schematic diagrams.
• Installation, modification and fabrication of equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
• Welds and fabricates as necessary for repair or projects.
• Maintains interior and exterior of buildings including windows, drain spouts, roofs, floors, ceiling, etc.
• Inputs and retrieves information from the Maint Management/PM System.
