About the role
As a Multi Craft Maintenance Technician in Houston, you will ensure plant equipment and facilities remain in good electrical and mechanical repair, enabling continuous production.

Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment, emphasizing equipment uptime and resolving quality and production-related issues through continuous improvement, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret machine electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Troubleshoot programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Use electrical test equipment as needed for repair and troubleshooting.
- Repair and rebuild electrical and mechanical components.
- Install, modify, and fabricate equipment and systems to meet production needs and schedules.
- Communicate maintenance situations clearly between shifts, including to the Maintenance Team Leader and Maintenance Manager.
- Support plant-wide operational goals, including progress toward quality and production targets.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- 2+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, 3-phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, and heavy industrial wiring.
- Strong industrial electrical experience.
- Ability to learn process, equipment specifications, and company standards by consulting resources, associates, manuals, training departments, and policies.
- Good practical sense working with and troubleshooting equipment problems.
- Able to work with minimal supervision within a team environment.
- Computer literate, familiar with the Windows Operating system.
Pay
Pay is based on experience.
Schedule
- Rotating between day and night shifts once per month.
- 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
- Work weekends.
- Schedule: 4 days on with 3 days off one week, followed by 3 days on with 4 days off the next week.
