Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, Associates, Technical degree, or certification in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preventative care, and line equipment repair.
- Proven experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with high-speed packaging or processing equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
