Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of equipment failure.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Associates, Technical degree, or certification in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preventative care, and line equipment repair.
• Proven experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with high-speed packaging or processing equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.

$50,000–$62,000 per year
