What You Will Do
- Lead night-shift maintenance activities to support safe, reliable and compliant operations
- Supervise maintenance technicians and guide daily work execution
- Cook up corrective and preventive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
- Support GMP compliance through accurate documentation and equipment care
- Partner with Operations to support changeovers, startups and shutdowns
- Prioritize work based on schedules, equipment needs and safety impact
- Communicate equipment status, risks and follow-up actions across shifts
