Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team by setting direction, supporting hiring and scheduling, and coaching performance to build a skilled, engaged crew.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety programs, coaching safe work practices, and ensuring compliance across maintenance activities.
• Plan and oversee maintenance work to ensure high-quality execution, reliable equipment performance, and minimal disruption to mill operations.
• Manage systems, resources, and budgets by using the CMMS to track work and parts, improving equipment reliability, and controlling maintenance spending.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
• At least 1 year leading a maintenance team
• Knowledge of wood products manufacturing or similar heavy-industrial operations
• Comfortable using CMMS and MS Office
