About the role

The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role involves coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and providing technical guidance to the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Manage maintenance budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide technical support and training to the maintenance staff.
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
