Industrial Maintenance Project Coordinator

About the role

The Industrial Maintenance Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities, equipment projects, shutdowns, and related work. The position coordinates schedules, materials, contractors, work readiness, CMMS documentation, and communication among Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other supporting departments. Working independently with general supervision, the role monitors assigned activities, identifies scheduling or readiness issues, communicates changes and concerns, and supports timely, safe, and compliant maintenance execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned maintenance activities, equipment projects, shutdown work, and installations in accordance with established schedules, priorities, procedures, and direction from Maintenance leadership.
• Maintain schedules, action-item lists, readiness trackers, material status, contractor activities, and other information necessary to support maintenance and project execution.
