Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Night Shift)

What You'll Do

• Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Diagnosing equipment failures and completing repairs quickly and safely
• Aiding with equipment installations, rebuilds, upgrades, and modifications
• Supporting machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers
• Completing preventive maintenance inspections and documenting repairs
• Identifying recurring equipment issues and assisting with root cause analysis
• Following OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
• Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
• Aiding with spare parts inventory and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Two or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and proven troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

• High-speed manufacturing or packaging experience
• Industrial maintenance or mechanical technical training
• Basic PLC knowledge
• Welding and fabrication experience
• OSHA, forklift, or related safety certifications
