What You'll Do
- Performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Diagnosing equipment failures and completing repairs quickly and safely
- Aiding with equipment installations, rebuilds, upgrades, and modifications
- Supporting machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers
- Completing preventive maintenance inspections and documenting repairs
- Identifying recurring equipment issues and assisting with root cause analysis
- Following OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures
- Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams
- Aiding with spare parts inventory and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Two or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and proven troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
Preferred Qualifications
- High-speed manufacturing or packaging experience
- Industrial maintenance or mechanical technical training
- Basic PLC knowledge
- Welding and fabrication experience
- OSHA, forklift, or related safety certifications
