Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be performing routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment. At Kellanova, we encourage collaboration with other team members to keep production lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Preventative Maintenance – Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
• Ensuring Performance Efficiency – Manage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and change-overs. Facilitate production and quickly respond to equipment breakdowns
• Following Best Practices – Understand, follow and enforce all established guidelines. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, quality and company policies, procedures and recognized practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing setting

Qualifications

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day

Pay

• $34.05 - $40.93 per hour

• Shift: 6 pm to 6:30 am
