Industrial Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Daily communication with Supervisor in setting priority for PDI and Wash Operations team
• Communication with sequential pack operator when material is available for pack
• Reporting of quality issue found while material is being inspected
• Working with CAT quality team in updating process when changes and/or issues occur
• Logistics requirements including inventory accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail (Safe handling of material to prevent nicks/dings of finished goods material)
• Following FIFO (1st in 1st out)
• Communicating inventory needs to the team
• Completing hiring interviews as needed

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance
• Must be customer-oriented and friendly, works well with a diverse team
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to attend training related to industry practices and procedures

Skills and Abilities

• Must have some computer skills
• Must have some experience with performing administrative tasks

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Details

This person acts as a liaison between clients and managers when the manager is not present. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

• 1:30pm-9:30pm
