Industrial Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Solve electronic system problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
• Assisting electrical / automation engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of electronic devices and systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical; power & control systems.
• Following preventative maintenance plans, inspect and maintain electrical equipment under their control.
• Aids in the integration of factory automation equipment and the construction of new specialized machines.
• Troubleshoot complex programs and logic diagrams facilitating the construction of new automation and specialized machinery.
• Assists and/or performs in any and all areas as assigned.
• May work any and all shifts/days as required.

Job Require

• Education: Associates Degree in electronics/technical field.
• Experience: 4 years of journeyman level electrical experience. HVAC experience preferred.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use and maintenance of a large variety of tools.
• Performs detailed oriented tasks using intermediate language skills and math skills.
• Advance knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) operation and programming.
• Ability to navigate Building Management Systems (BMS) system to operate and quickly understand system issues.
• Must have knowledge of machining and electronic/electrical manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Target Hiring Range

Hourly: USD 34.53 - USD 42.27

Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
