Responsibilities

• Manage industrial insulation projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field personnel, and vendors
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and productivity while maintaining profitability
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing industrial insulation projects
• Strong understanding of industrial insulation systems, project scheduling, estimating, and cost control
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
