Key Responsibilities
- Attain and improve knowledge of various hose assembly components, their names, their functions, and specifications.
- Correctly read a tape measure.
- Read and understand shop paperwork, including schematics.
- Read and understand standard operating procedures to correctly manufacture hose assemblies.
- Safely operate all Industrial Hose Department tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Safely operate forklifts.
- Use the TWL system to pull products and maintain inventory integrity.
- Work effectively with other departments involved in product procurement and placing orders.
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Retailer Scanner experience is a plus.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
