Industrial Hose Assembler

Key Responsibilities

• Attain and improve knowledge of various hose assembly components, their names, their functions, and specifications.
• Correctly read a tape measure.
• Read and understand shop paperwork, including schematics.
• Read and understand standard operating procedures to correctly manufacture hose assemblies.
• Safely operate all Industrial Hose Department tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Safely operate forklifts.
• Use the TWL system to pull products and maintain inventory integrity.
• Work effectively with other departments involved in product procurement and placing orders.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Retailer Scanner experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
