Responsibilities
- Interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and craft supervision
- Perform quantity calculations by taking measurements and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and work
- Support in the preparation of work plans and packages
- Aid in the compilation, processing, and confirmation of daily timesheets
- Aid in the preparation of Request for Information (RFI) and Submittals
- Aid in the preparation of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA's)
- Participate in jobsite safety reviews, toolbox meetings, safety meetings, and safety training
- Order and schedule material deliveries
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work groups on the jobsite
- Supervise field operations
Requirements
- Analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite with strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
- Leadership qualities
- Willingness to travel short/long term
Work Environment
- Work is performed primarily outdoors on active construction sites
- Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, and precipitation
- Exposure to dust, noise, and industrial hazards
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times
