Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field experience.
  • Some Internship, education or field experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience initiating and driving continuous improvement
  • Current OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

Office, Travel & Schedule

  • Office: Various jobsites and/or corporate/regional office.
  • Travel: Ability to travel or relocate to project assignments (12–24 months).

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Aid with quantity tracking and verification
  • Track and monitor material inventory on the project site
  • Support building layout and survey activities
  • Aid in organizing, storing, and maintaining tools
  • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries
  • Aid in preparing Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Support subcontractor coordination and management
  • Participate in weekly coordination meetings
  • Aid in document control and maintain accurate as-built documentation
  • Conduct site safety audits and participate in site safety meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely daily logs
  • Participate as an active member of the project team. Contribute to shared goals and collaborate with colleagues on achievement of priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to align efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Maintain accurate tenant and vendor files
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting for extended periods of time at employee’s workstation and during meetings as well as while traveling, either by plane or car
  • Lift to 50 pounds as frequently as needed to move objects
  • Dexterity to write and manipulate computer keyboard and mouse
  • Ability to hear and speak clearly
  • Ability to distinguish between colors on graphs and charts
  • Exposure to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures

Pay Range

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
