About the role

This is a highly collaborative and accuracy-driven role where you'll work with internal engineers, vendors, sales reps, and production associates to design and present competitive bid packages to prospective clients. Working within our ERP, you'll review technical documents and specifications, develop cost estimates for potential projects, and coordinate general job planning responsibilities. Thinking analytically, you'll prepare material takeoffs, estimate labor and timelines, and produce preliminary drawings based on the prospect's needs. As you develop your plans, you'll ensure they comply with all safety codes, industry regulations, and client specifications. You may work on multiple projects at once, so organization is key. You'll diligently track bid opportunities, maintain engineering and sales documents across numerous jobs, and make sure to meet all deadlines. Your job's not done once the project is approved; you'll prepare sales contracts and coordinate vital aspects to ensure we complete the project on time. We're always striving to improve, and you'll collaborate cross-functionally to support new research and development initiatives.
