Your Impact

Your Impact: You will be the Industrial Engineer (Level 2) for the Industrial Engineering team which is responsible for facilities layouts, work measurement, cost analysis, capacity planning, capital project management, and production-process improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support cross-functional improvement initiatives for a designated production area.
• Identify focus areas and perform observations and time studies to drive cost-driver analysis.
• Utilize visualization and data-analytics tools to evaluate production processes.
• Apply Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies, leading major improvement projects.
• Aid in new product development and proposal efforts through rigorous data analysis.

Who You Are

• A collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical and facilitation skills,
• A solid grasp of Lean and Six-Sigma principles,
• A passion for driving measurable improvements in manufacturing operations.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor of science degree in Industrial Engineering or related Field,
• Proficiency with computer systems and data analytics,
• Experience applying lean manufacturing principles & implementing continuous improvements with demonstrated results,
• Proficiency with software including Tableau, MS Project, MS Word, advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, & Visio,
• Ability to communicate effectively and be persuasive with solutions,
• Experience with production scheduling.
