Your Impact: As a Industrial Engineer (level 2) in Greenville, SC, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our production and manufacturing facilities. This position supports key aerospace programs by analyzing workflows, enhancing processes, and implementing efficiency improvements that directly impact performance, cost, and safety. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze and design workflows and sequences of operations to boost productivity and reduce inefficiencies across plant and production facilities.
- Optimize equipment layouts and labor utilization to maximize output and streamline processes.
- Support cost control and inventory initiatives by conducting in-depth studies and recommending actionable solutions.
- Develop and implement plans for facility improvements, process enhancements, and operational method revisions.
- Collaborate with safety teams to support accident prevention initiatives and assist in training programs related to production operations.
- Work closely with facilities engineering on planning and design of production areas and layout improvements.
