Responsibilities

  • Analysis of production systems (OEE, throughput, cycle time, yield, cost) to identify systemic inefficiencies and constraints
  • Advanced data analysis (regression, hypothesis testing, DOE, capability analysis) to determine root causes and validate improvements
  • Development and deployment of models for capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and throughput optimization
  • Establishment of performance baselines and data-driven decision making across value streams
  • Leadership in value stream design and optimization through line balancing, takt-based flow design, and facility layout improvements
  • Maintenance of standardized labor models, capacity plans, and system performance metrics
  • Application of advanced industrial engineering concepts to improve flow, reduce variability, and increase system efficiency
  • Utilization of modeling or simulation-based thinking to evaluate production scenarios
  • Leadership of high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects aligned with strategic business objectives
  • Facilitation of Kaizen events and Value Stream Mapping sessions
  • Definition of project scope, development of charters, execution of analysis, and ensuring measurable results
  • Delivery of sustained improvements in cost, scrap reduction, lead time, and productivity

Requirements

  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required
  • Skills and Experience: 6–10 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering methods. Advanced proficiency in statistical tools, production data analysis, and performance systems. Proven track record delivering quantifiable business impact.
