New Model Development

Participate in the development of new model process line layouts and warehousing planning to support material flow, focusing on safety, ergonomics and efficiencies for manpower, machines, method and materials.

Use standardized techniques for time study including MOST, MTM or MODAPTS to determine standard work methods and establish labor standards, and analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in support of material flow.

Captures and coordinates recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• Support Manufacturing Plant VA/VE: 10%
• Guidance and Direction to Associates: 5%
• Support Cross-Training Efforts: 5%
