Key Responsibilities

  • Perform root cause analysis on production bottlenecks and quality issues, providing actionable solutions
  • Ensure the collection of accurate and reliable data across all stages of production
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement across manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and manufacturing teams to apply data-driven insights and optimize workflows
  • Develop concepts to grow production capacity and improve material flow at the workcell, production line, and full factory levels (including warehouse)

Requirements

  • Strong experience in industrial engineering, production data analysis, or process improvement roles
  • Expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and statistical analysis methods
  • Proven ability to assimilate multiple datasets and generate meaningful insights for process optimization
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production data analysis, industrial engineering, or a similar role
  • Occasional travel to manufacturing or deployment sites as required
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical with a passion for optimizing production systems through data

Skills

  • Experience in the robotics, automation, or technology industries
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain data flow
  • Familiarity with Python or other programming languages for data automation and analysis is a plus
