Position As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for forecasting and analyzing plant capacities and proving recommendations for along with implementing solutions to identified issues. What You Will Do Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.Forecast and analyze plant capacities.Create and implement industrialization plans for new products with maximum efficiency. Prepare, plan, and execute capital expenditure projects.Support quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs.Identify and execute continuous improvement projects. What You Will Need To Be Successful Technical skills in manufacturing processes and methods including flow, layout, and production equipmentExperience with Lean Manufacturing techniquesRoot Cause & Corrective Action techniquesAbility to conduct capacity and staffing analysisProficient in verbal and written communication skills; able to prepare and deliver presentations.Read and comprehend drawings and specifications Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering preferredLean Certification preferred.Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing facility preferred. Five to Seven years of previous experience preferred. Working Conditions While performing the typical duties of this job, employees will experience the conditions noted below.
