Position Description You will serve as the Advanced Technology and Innovation Lead in the Industrial Capability & Infrastructure Group, supporting the Fleet Readiness Centers' Infrastructure Optimization and Modernization Program (FIOP), at Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Headquarters, Patuxent River, MD. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will coordinate and monitor pilots and technical assessments, for enterprise and local technology solutions involving all stakeholders.You will ensure all Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements are included in established plans and requirements during the initial concept phase of a technology development initiative.You will assess logistics, equipment, infrastructure, tools, databases, and processes to identify technology shortfalls and requirements.You will identify the kind and degree of technology and logistics support changes required to optimize readiness and logistics support effectiveness to support Naval Aviation Weapon systems maintenance.
